Retail Nursery Customer Service Positions Available
There are two customer service positions available – one part-time and one full-time. These positions are responsible for loading bark, rock and plant material with a tractor or forklift along with general customer service assistance, helping customers find plants, basic point of sale cashiering, product delivery, site maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Requirements and experience needed: • Must be able to work weekends. • Prefer some previous plant or landscape related experience but not required. • Willing to learn to operate nursery equipment such as forklift, tractors, dump trucks (previous experience preferred). • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required). • Some form of previous customer service related experience. • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. • Basic computer skills. • Excellent people skills and ability to interact well with customers and other employees. • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Summary: We are looking for someone with a good attitude and great character – a self-starter that is ready to work hard. Pay will depend on qualifications - $12-$18 per hour.
