Bottom line – we want our customers to be happy and we’re committed to going above and beyond to achieve this.
The majority of the time, plants die from improper placement, not enough water, insufficient drainage or extremes such as high wind or record highs or lows — all issues beyond our control. We guarantee our plants to be high-quality, healthy and insect/disease free when they leave the nursery.
If you have trouble with a plant, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to assist you in determining the cause of the problem.
We will give a one time replacement or credit towards plants that die within 90 days of purchase. You must have a receipt. You must bring back the defective plant.
We do not guarantee plants that are discounted 20% or more – these are sold as is with no additional guarantee. We do not guarantee special order plants.
